Our LABC™ registered New Development Division specialise in building and support services. We build private and public homes. Operating in the Greater London region our services include comprehensive staged advice from design right through to completion. We offer a range of facilities and skills that takes care of every aspect of the build, including working with your own or to introduce you to Architects and Structural Engineers. If you are a land-owner or have a plot of land with planning consent we can build your dream home, purchase your land or help you realise the value of your land by Partnering with us via one of our joint venture schemes.

An Apartment Block is Established

Initial drawings for a brand new luxury apartment block that London & Home Counties Alliance are constructing in High Street Harlington due to be completed in May 2014. Following up from this we have purchased adjacent land to build a similar apartment block which are due to be completed Autumn 2015.
